Hi! I’m Rocky McDaniel, a passionate Pilates instructor based in the beautiful community of Boca Royale in Englewood, Florida. My boutique studio is tucked privately behind my home with its own separate entrance. Inside, you’ll find two Pilates reformers perfectly placed in front of a large bay window overlooking a peaceful, landscaped view — the ideal spot to move, breathe, and reset.

I teach Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and Thursdays. (by appointment only) offering sessions tailored to your personal goals. Whether you want a challenging, strengthening workout or a gentle, restorative flow, I meet you exactly where you’re at.

I’m a lover of golfing, swimming, sunshiny days, and all things Pilates, and I bring that energy into every session. I’m dedicated to helping you feel confident in your body, improve your form, reach your weight or wellness goals, and enjoy the process along the way.

This year, I’m excited to continue expanding my Pilates education, deepening my knowledge of exercise, safety, and grow the services I offer.
